Who We Are
RTK Validator is a content analysis tool built to help creators and businesses understand potential policy, claim, and account-level risks when publishing TikTok content.
It is developed and maintained by the team behind ReelTK and MGDigital Labs, part of M&G Digital Marketing OPC, a Philippines-registered digital solutions company.
Our Background
Our team has spent years working directly with:
- short-form video content
- creator-led commerce
- platform policy interpretation
- automated content systems
Through ReelTK and internal tooling, we observed recurring issues:
- creators unknowingly violating platform rules
- inconsistent enforcement experiences
- confusion between “performance” issues and “policy” issues
RTK Validator was created to address this gap.
What RTK Validator Is (and Is Not)
RTK Validator is:
- a deterministic enforcement risk engine
- designed to highlight potential exposure before or after posting
- focused on policy awareness and account health
RTK Validator is NOT:
- an official TikTok tool
- a content approval system
- a guarantee of reach, monetization, or account safety
All analysis is informational only.

- ReelTK focuses on creator tools, workflows, and education.
- RTK Validator focuses on content risk analysis and policy interpretation.
- MGDigital Labs serves as the internal research and development arm.
